Availability and Booking:
 

How far in advance should we book your services for our wedding or event?
 

Due to the high volume of enquiries I process on a weekly basis, I highly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date for your event. Especially for peak seasons, typically 6-12 months in advance. But I do take short notice events pending availability! Best way to book is through my contact form.


 

Pricing and Packages:
 

What are your pricing packages, and what do they include?
 

My pricing varies based on factors such as event duration, location, equipment needs, and services required. I offer customizable packages to suit your budget and preferences, with options for lighting, additional speakers and artists plus a variety of boutique add-ons! Your only limit is  your imagination!


 

Music Selection and Requests:
 

Can we request specific songs or genres for our wedding/event playlist?
 

Absolutely! I encourage you to share your favorite songs and any must-play or do-not-play lists to personalize the music selection for your special day to really curate your perfect event.


MC Services:
 

Do you provide Master of Ceremony services, such as making announcements and coordinating events during the reception?
 

Yes, I offer MC services to ensure smooth transitions and keep your event running on schedule. I'll work closely with you and then on the evening with the venue to plan the timeline and announcements according to your preferences and keep your night running seamlessly while conducting the formalities in an entertaining format!


 

Backup Plans:
 

What happens if there's an unforeseen circumstance and we have to reschedule?

In the untimely circumstance you have to reschedule your event, I'm happy to use the initial deposit as credit towards your next date, pending availability. If you choose not to reschedule, it will then be treated as a cancellation, additionally, I can offer suggestions for other potential options for entertainment.


Consultation and Planning:
 

Will we have a chance to meet with you before the wedding to discuss our preferences and vision?
 

Absolutely! I offer multiple consultation meetings, whether phone-call, in person or via Zoom to discuss your wedding vision, music preferences, timeline, and any special requests to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your expectations. Additionally a final check-in on the Monday the week of the event to go through everything and note any final changes you may have made.


 

Travel and Location Events:
 

Do you travel for events?
 

Yes, I am happy and more than willing to travel for weddings and events, including interstate and internationally. Any travel less than than 50km From Melbourne is included in initial prices, If the event/venue is further than 50km travel fees will apply, which will be discussed upon initial consultation.
 

Post-Wedding Services:

What happens after the wedding? Do you provide any follow-up services?

I value feedback from clients and often provide post-wedding evaluations to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, I offer services such as providing a copy of the wedding playlist or creating a highlight reel upon request.
